This is Alan and this blog is all about Why I chose the speech topic I am going to talk about.

 The speech topic is, drumroll please:" The Secret language of Trees ". Yep, That's right The Title of my speech is The Secret Language of Trees.You probably will be wondering How can trees have Secret Language if they don't even have a mouth to speak them? Or that why Most people don't know about this language? Or why bread is not perfectly square?

I will answer those questions but first I'm gonna talk about Why I chose the speech topic I am going to talk about. Why I chose it is Because When I heard that we needed to write a speech the first thing that came to my mind about a topic is " Global warming ". But I didn't do that because many people have already talked about that. Instead I thought about another way of

It's me Alan. This blog is all about speeches. We had a task to do to train our brain. In order for us to set up our mindset for speeches, we used the 6 tools in the Mental Toughness toolkit to create a motivational drawing of ourselves.

The 6 tools in the Mental Toughness toolkit is :

• Positive thinking
• Goal setting
• Attentional control
• Visualisation
• Anxiety control
• Self awareness

While I was creating this drawing I thought about the speech. The hardest part for me during speeches is going to be talking in front of all the people. The easiest part is going to be writing the speech.I chose these tips for myself because I don't like talking in the stage.
