I have a Dream

Hello Bloggers,

It's me Alan. This blog is all about speeches. We had a task to do to train our brain. In order for us to set up our mindset for speeches, we used the 6 tools in the Mental Toughness toolkit to create a motivational drawing of ourselves.

The 6 tools in the Mental Toughness toolkit is :

  • Positive thinking
  • Goal setting
  • Attentional control
  • Visualisation
  • Anxiety control
  • Self awareness

We used google drawings to make the drawing of yourself. Here is the photo of the drawing. I hope you enjoy it :

While I was creating this drawing I thought about the speech. The hardest part for me during speeches is going to be talking in front of all the people. The easiest part is going to be writing the speech.I chose these tips for myself because I don't like talking in the stage.

Have you ever had to write and present a speech before?

What would your tips be?

Did you enjoy my blog?

If you are writing a comment on this blog, you could choose to use these sentence starters -

  1. POSITIVE - I enjoyed the part when...
